DLT SMS API for India
Alert21 helps businesses operationalize approved DLT messaging by connecting templates, sender headers and API requests into a controlled delivery workflow.
DLT Messaging Without Provider-Specific Complexity
Your application should not need to know each upstream provider’s credential format or route-specific payload. Alert21 maps approved account configuration to the message request behind a stable API.
What You Configure Once
- Principal Entity information.
- Approved sender/header.
- Approved content template and Template ID.
- Variable order and validation rules.
- Applicable telemarketer/provider mapping.
- Permitted message category and route.
What Your Application Sends
{
"to": "919876543210",
"template_id": "1107161234567890123",
"variables": ["Amit", "2500", "TXN88991"]
}Compliance Responsibility
DLT approval does not remove the sender’s responsibility to use the correct category, consent basis, content, recipient list and timing. Alert21 may reject or suspend traffic that appears non-compliant, abusive or inconsistent with approved configuration.
Why Alert21 Does Not Expose Provider Parameters
Alert21’s customer API should stay stable even if the upstream route changes. Provider-specific fields, credentials and telemarketer-chain parameters should be handled inside Alert21’s provider adapter layer.
