Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every customer, reseller, partner and user of Alert21. It is intended to protect message recipients, telecom networks, platform providers, customers and Alert21 from unlawful, abusive, deceptive or harmful communication.
1. Lawful and Authorized Use
You may use Alert21 only for lawful purposes and only where you have the authority, registrations, sender identity, recipient permission or other lawful basis required for the applicable communication.
2. Prohibited Uses
- Send unsolicited spam or use purchased, scraped, harvested or randomly generated lists without lawful, channel-appropriate permission.
- Phish, defraud, scam or deceptively obtain credentials, money or personal information.
- Impersonate a bank, government body, brand, person or organization without authorization.
- Send malware, malicious links or harmful code.
- Harass, threaten, stalk or abuse recipients.
- Facilitate exploitation, trafficking or other illegal activity.
- Send content that unlawfully promotes violence, hatred or discrimination.
- Violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights.
- Circumvent DND, opt-out, consent, sender, template or routing restrictions.
- Artificially generate traffic, clicks, delivery events, verification attempts or other platform activity.
- Probe, attack, reverse engineer or abuse Alert21 or upstream networks except as permitted under the Responsible Disclosure Policy.
- Resell or expose account credentials outside an approved partner or reseller model.
3. High-Risk Content and Industries
Alert21 may require enhanced review, additional documentation, lower limits, restricted routes or refusal of use cases that create elevated fraud, financial, regulatory, consumer-protection, reputation or network risk. Availability of a service does not imply approval of every industry or message category.
4. Consent and Recipient Expectations
Customers must maintain evidence of consent or other lawful authority where required and must honor opt-out, DND and preference requests promptly. Transactional or service messages should genuinely relate to the underlying customer relationship, action or event and use the correct message category.
5. Reseller and Downstream Customer Responsibility
Resellers and white-label partners must enforce this AUP with downstream customers. A partner cannot avoid responsibility by routing abusive or unlawful traffic through sub-accounts.
6. Enforcement
Alert21 may warn, throttle, block content, suspend routes, freeze sending, request documentation, restrict features or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe traffic violates this AUP, applicable law or upstream network rules, or creates material risk.
7. Reporting Abuse
Report suspected abuse to info@scriza.in. Include relevant sender information, message details, date/time and any evidence that will help us investigate.
