Data Deletion Policy & User Data Deletion Instructions

Alert21, operated by Scriza Private Limited, respects user privacy and provides a clear process for requesting deletion of personal data associated with an Alert21 account, including data created or stored through Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform integrations.

To request deletion of your Alert21 account and associated personal data, send an email from your registered email address to info@scriza.in with the subject line "Alert21 Data Deletion Request".

Please include your full name, registered email address, registered mobile number (if applicable), Alert21 account or company name, relevant Account ID or User ID (if available), and a clear statement requesting deletion of your Alert21 account and associated data.

For security purposes, Alert21 may ask you to verify your identity or account ownership before processing the request.

If you have connected a Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), or WhatsApp phone number to Alert21, you may request removal of data and authorization associated with that integration.

Where applicable, Alert21 will remove stored Meta Business identifiers, WABA ID, WhatsApp Phone Number ID, stored Meta/WhatsApp authorization credentials or access tokens, WhatsApp integration configuration, webhook/account mapping information, and other integration data associated with your Alert21 account.

Stored access credentials will be invalidated, disconnected, or removed where technically applicable.

Depending on the Alert21 services used, deletion may include user profile information, account information, business profile information stored by Alert21, integration credentials, connected WhatsApp account information, uploaded contacts, campaign-related information, message records stored within Alert21, API configuration information, webhook configuration, and other account-related application data controlled by Alert21.

Certain information may be retained where necessary for legal or regulatory compliance, taxation and accounting, payment and invoice records, fraud prevention and security, dispute resolution, contractual obligations, or required audit records.

Any retained information will be kept only for the period required by applicable law, regulation, or legitimate business requirements.

Deleting data from Alert21 does not automatically delete your Meta Business Portfolio, Facebook account, WhatsApp Business Account, or WhatsApp phone number from Meta's systems.

Alert21 can delete or disconnect only the information stored or controlled by Alert21. If you wish to delete or modify information maintained directly by Meta or WhatsApp, you may need to manage those assets separately through your Meta Business or WhatsApp account settings.

Alert21 will acknowledge valid deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days, unless a longer period is required due to legal, regulatory, technical, or security obligations.

We may contact you if additional verification or information is required.

If you only want to disconnect your Meta or WhatsApp integration without deleting your full Alert21 account, request "Disconnect Meta/WhatsApp Integration" by email.

Where supported in the Alert21 dashboard, you may also use the available disconnect option. After disconnection, Alert21 will no longer use the disconnected authorization credentials to access that WhatsApp Business Account unless the account is connected again.
